While an event called Taste of Brews needs little explanation to bolster its appeal, we’ll give it our college best. For the price of a GA or VIP ticket, you’re provided with up to 4 hours of access to unlimited tastings of over 100 beers from 50 craft breweries, along with food samples and live music, all sprawled across the lush lay-out of Long Beach’s beautiful Lighthouse Park. A venue often sought for its photogenic qualities by newlyweds and tourists alike, surely it will suffice as a beer-drinking backdrop as you placate your palate and support the always critical cause of bringing more variety from passionate brewers and craftsmen to the masses.
Early bird tickets start at $40, but a group of 4+ gets in for $32 each.
